This Privacy Policy explains how Juice collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Juice app and juicebetresearch.com. It covers screenshot analysis, Ask Juice, research history, profiles, Community Bets, purchases, notifications, and support.
Juice does not require a conventional account login, but it uses persistent app and profile identifiers. Information can be associated with those identifiers even if you do not provide your name or email address.
We process the screenshots, betting lines, research questions, notes, follow-up questions, and relevant conversation context you submit, along with the research results generated for you. We also process feedback, reports, and support messages you send.
Before submitting: Crop out names, account numbers, balances, payment details, and other personal or sensitive information that is not needed for the research. Juice receives the images you choose to submit; it does not automatically upload your photo library.
If you provide them, we collect your display name, email address, and profile image. We store settings and preferences such as selected sportsbooks, research goals, language, and available notification preferences. Some preferences are stored locally on your device and some are sent to Juice's backend.
The app uses a persistent identifier stored in the device Keychain and related profile and service identifiers to associate requests, preferences, research history, subscriptions, and credits with your installation. If you enable push notifications, we process a device notification token and notification preferences to deliver them.
Apple handles App Store payments. Juice and RevenueCat process customer identifiers, transaction and purchase history, subscription status, entitlements, and credit balances to provide access, allocate usage, support purchases, and restore access. Juice does not receive your payment-card details from Apple.
Juice uses PostHog for product analytics. Events include app lifecycle activity, screen visits, onboarding and paywall interactions, purchase and restore outcomes, subscription status, and research completion, cancellation, or failure. App events are associated with a persistent app identifier and may include app version, device or operating-system information, timing, and error information.
Juice's explicit app analytics events do not include your uploaded screenshots, research question text, or profile email address. The current app configuration disables session replay and automatic control-interaction capture. Product analytics still operates when AI Research permission is turned off.
Juice and its hosting and service providers also process request and diagnostic information, including IP addresses, timestamps, request status, and error logs, to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
We do not sell personal information or use app data for targeted advertising across other companies' apps or websites.
When you allow AI Research and submit a request, Juice sends the screenshots, questions, notes, relevant conversation context, and sportsbook preferences needed for the request through its servers to AI providers. Ask Juice uses OpenAI. Screenshot analysis uses OpenAI and may also use Google (Gemini) or Anthropic (Claude). Relevant queries may also be processed by search and sports-data services to obtain research evidence.
The app presents an AI Research permission screen before starting research. You can change this permission in Profile under AI Research. Turning it off stops new AI research requests; it does not recall information already sent or delete stored research.
Providers process information for their respective functions under applicable service terms and configurations. Their retention and privacy practices vary; information is not necessarily deleted when a response is returned. Provider information is available from OpenAI API data controls, Google Gemini API terms, Anthropic commercial data retention, RevenueCat, PostHog, Loops, and Apple.
We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to respond to legal process, investigate abuse, or protect rights and safety. Sportsbooks and websites you visit from research links have their own privacy practices. Juice does not need your sportsbook login credentials to analyze a screenshot.
Completed screenshot-analysis results may appear in Community Bets, where other users can view the betting research. Analysis details may include your display name and profile image. Generated results can repeat information from your submission, so do not assume every analysis result is private.
If you export or share research, the people or services receiving it can retain or redistribute that content. Avoid including information you do not want others to see.
Some information is stored locally on your device. Juice's backend also stores information supporting profiles, analysis jobs and their inputs and results, Ask Juice conversations, research history, usage records, and feedback. Research inputs can include the screenshots and messages you submit. Closing the app or starting a new analysis does not erase all stored information.
Retention varies by the type of record, the feature it supports, operational needs, applicable legal requirements, and the provider involved. There is no single automatic deletion period that applies to all Juice and provider records.
Deleting a Juice profile does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel your subscription separately through your Apple account.
juicebetresearch.com also uses PostHog. Website analytics can collect page views, clicks, browser and device information, and identifiers stored in cookies or local storage. Hosting and analytics providers may also process IP addresses and request information. Website analytics uses a separate configuration from the app.
You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Clearing or blocking browser storage may affect website functionality and does not delete information already received by Juice or its providers.
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including encrypted network connections for app API requests. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. If a security incident requires notification under applicable law, we will provide that notification.
Juice and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Privacy protections can differ between countries.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; or complain to a data-protection authority. California residents may also have applicable rights to know about collection and disclosure and to exercise privacy rights without unlawful discrimination.
Send requests to support@juicebetresearch.com. We may need information to verify a request and locate records associated with your installation. Do not send passwords, payment details, or unneeded sensitive information. We will handle requests as required by applicable law, including any applicable exceptions or record-retention obligations.
Juice is intended for adults and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. Sports betting is subject to the legal age and other rules in your jurisdiction.
We may update this policy as the app, website, or data practices change. We will update the date on this page and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
